Vince Carter passes Iverson in all-time scoring

Feeling old yet?
Memphis Grizzlies small forward Vince Carter, at the ripe age of 40, moved past Allen Iverson for 23rd in all-time scoring.
He entered Wednesday's game against the New Orleans Pelicans only two points shy of Iverson and finished with five on 1-of-7 shooting to barely eek past his former early-2000's Eastern Conference adversary.
Consistent scoring is tough to come by these days for the league's elder statesman, but Carter could conceivably squeak past Ray Allen for 22nd if he scored 132 more points in the final three months of the season. That would have been a walk in the park for Carter in his younger days, but there are no such guarantees at his age.
