Trail Blazers' Noah Vonleh: Will move to the bench Wednesday

Vonleh will come off the bench for Wednesday's game against the Jazz, Jason Quick of The Oregonian reports.

Analysis:

Vonleh has served as the starting power forward over the last few weeks, but really hasn't done much of note while former starter Al-Farouq Aminu has taken on the bulk of the minutes at the position. Coach Terry Stotts will opt to go a different route Wednesday, with Ed Davis receiving the nod at power forward. Even if Davis' promotion proves to be only a one-game arrangement, Vonleh will largely remain off the radar whether or not he starts or comes off the bench. He's averaging just 2.2 points and 5.6 rebounds across 14.8 minutes during five February games.
