Pacers' Kevin Seraphin: Performs well in start Monday

Seraphin registered 12 points (6-9 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 0-2 FT), four rebounds, one assist and one block across 27 minutes in Monday's 110-106 loss to the Spurs.

Analysis:

Seraphin reached double-digit points for the fourth time this season in Monday night's start. He's averaged just 10.9 minutes on the season, but with both Thaddeus Young (wrist) and Lavoy Allen (knee) both out, he nearly tripled that average. If he wants to see more consistent minutes in the rotation, he's going to have to rebound more effectively than he did Monday, as four boards in 27 minutes won't cut it for a team that lacks true rebounders.
