76ers' Nerlens Noel: Will come off the bench Monday

Noel will return to the bench for Monday's game against the Kings, Jessica Camerato of CSN Philadelphia reports.

Analysis:

Noel has started three of the last four games, while Joel Embiid has been nursing a bone bruise in his knee. Embiid is slated to sit out again Monday and is expected to miss games Wednesday against the Mavericks and Thursday against the Spurs, but rather than insert Noel on the top unit, Jahlil Okafor will instead get the starting call. It will likely be a rough timeshare between Noel and Okafor at center, so Noel shouldn't be expected to replicate the three double-digit scoring outings he provided in place of Embiid last week.
