Hey now, you're a Wall-Star.
Washington Wizards point guard John Wall has been selected by coaches as a reserve for the Eastern Conference All-Star team, sources told ESPN's Chris Haynes.
This will mark the fourth-straight All-Star appearance for Wall.
Wall's selection should come as no surprise. The 26-year-old speedster has put forth his best season to date following offseason knee injury. Wall is averaging 23.1 points, 10.1 assists, and a league-best 2.2 steals while shooting a career-high 46.4 percent from the field.
His strong play of late has propelled a Wizards club devoid of bench production to an 18-7 record over the past two months. That surge sees the Wizards fifth in the East following a troublesome start to the season.
