LeBron calls Warriors-themed Halloween party 'water under the bridge'

Bob Donnan-USA TODAY Sports

LeBron James' year of low-key venom for the Golden State Warriors has included - according to reports - a dummy of Stephen Curry laying on the floor of his October Halloween party.

On Sunday, he downplayed that story without exactly denying it.

"That's far removed, man," James told ESPN's Dave McMenamin. "There were a lot of people featured. I was also featured in there, too. But that's water under the bridge."

The party caught the interest of the Warriors at the time because of a photo of some tombstone-shaped cookies with names of various Golden State players iced onto them.

On Sunday, James doubled down on previous statements that he doesn't consider the Warriors a rival of the Cavaliers. The two teams meet for the final time this regular season on Monday night in Oakland. The Cavs have won four straight meetings dating back to Game 5 of last June's NBA Finals.
