Bulls' Jimmy Butler: Remains game-time call Monday
Butler (illness) will go through warmups before a decision is made on his availability for Monday's game against the Thunder, K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune reports.
Analysis:
Essentially, Butler is still being considered a game-time decision, so there's no real update on his status. That said, it sounds as if Butler is hoping to take the floor, so if he feels well enough during warmups, the Bulls will likely clear him to start. In the event Butler is held out or is limited Monday, Dwyane Wade and Doug McDermott would presumably take on added minutes and scoring responsibilities on the wing.
