Nuggets' Wilson Chandler: Upgraded to probable

Chandler (hip) has been upgraded to probable for Monday's game against the Mavericks, Harrison Wind of BSN Denver reports.

Analysis:

Initially deemed questionable to play, Chandler now appears to have a strong chance to return to action Monday after sitting out Saturday's game against the Magic due to soreness in his right hip, the same hip on which he underwent surgery last November. Final confirmation won't come until closer to game time, but if Chandler does play, he'd likely take playing time away from Juan Hernangomez, Darrell Arthur and Kenneth Faried. Over his last five contests, Chandler is averaging 17.2 points, 7.2 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.2 steals per game, so he'll be worth keeping active heading into the new week.
