Pelicans' Jrue Holiday: Will not play Saturday

Holiday (toe) won't play in Saturday's game against the Clippers, Dan Woike of the Orange County Register reports.

Analysis:

Pelicans coach Alvin Gentry said Friday that Holiday was unlikely to play Saturday, and it turns out that will indeed be the case. Fellow guard E'Twaun Moore will also sit out with a toe injury of his own, so Tim Frazier, Buddy Hield and Langston Galloway should all see ample minutes at the two guard spots.
