Wizards' Otto Porter: Post one of his worst games of the season

Porter scored seven points (3-4 FG, 1-2 3Pt) and added three rebounds in 27 minutes during the Tuesday's 124-116 loss to the Magic.

Analysis:

Porter picked up his second, third, and fourth foul in the first three minutes of the third quarter. After the fourth, he was taken out for just over 12 minutes, leading to Porter's lowest minutes total in the past seven games. Porter also wasn't playing well before getting into foul trouble, though his backup, Kelly Oubre Jr, was also ineffective. This was likely just a very bad night for Porter. In the six games before this poor showing, he averaged 35.7 minutes, 15.3 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 2.7 steals. His workload, as well as the rest of his production, are likely to return towards those elevated levels Thursday against the Nuggets.
