Jazz's Rudy Gobert: Sets season highs in boards, blocks

Gobert registered 14 points (4-7 FG, 6-11 FT), 17 rebounds, five blocks, one assist and one steal across 39 minutes in Monday's 107-101 win over the Lakers.

Analysis:

The five blocks were a season high for Gobert, with the 17 boards matching his previous best established back on Nov. 28. Gobert has always been a premier rim protector, but he's ratcheting up those efforts even more than usual over the past three weeks. He's recorded at least two blocks in each of his last 10 games.
