Hawks' Mike Scott: Heads to Delaware

Scott was assigned to the D-League on Monday, Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Analysis:

The immediate plan is for Scott to play in two D-League games for the Delaware 87ers, which tentatively puts his NBA return date sometime after Thursday's contest against the Westchester Knicks. Even so, the 28-year-old has made just three appearances for the Hawks this season, at a clip of 9.3 minutes per game.
