Drummond laughs off ejection after elbowing Hibbert in head

Looking at the replay, it's not that surprising that Andre Drummond was assessed a flagrant-2 foul and ejected from Tuesday's game in Charlotte, as the Detroit Pistons big man clearly directs his left elbow toward the back of Roy Hibbert's head.

Judging by Drummond's reaction to the decision, however, he clearly didn't see the malice in the play.

This isn't the first run-in between the two big men, as Hibbert famously said three years ago that Drummond did too much talking on the court.
