Love, Durant named NBA Players of the Week

A pair of Kevins - Love of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Durant of the Golden State Warriors - have been named NBA Players of the Week for games played Nov. 21-27.
Love helped lead the Cavs to a 3-0 record over that stretch, averaging 30.7 points and 9.7 rebounds to go along with 65.5 percent 3-point shooting. He scored 34 points in the first quarter of Wednesday's win over the Portland Trail Blazers, the highest-scoring output ever in an NBA first quarter.
Meanwhile, Durant helped the Warriors to a 4-0 week with averages of 24.8 points, 8.3 rebounds, 6.3 assists, and 2.8 blocks to claim the weekly Western Conference honor. He registered a career-high six swats in Saturday's victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves.
