Pacers' Monta Ellis: Turns ball over eight times in Sunday's win

Ellis finished with 12 points (5-10 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 1-1 FT), seven assists, four rebounds and two steals across 42 minutes in Sunday's 115-111 overtime win over the Thunder.

Analysis:

The Pacers were down Paul George (ankle) and C.J. Miles (knee) on Sunday and the game was competitive throughout, so Ellis was pressed into action for more than 40 minutes for the third time this season. Ellis did well to fill out the box score, but he also picked up eight turnovers along the way, dimming some of the impact of his stat line. The veteran shooting guard should have plenty of motivation heading into a matchup with one of his former teams in the Warriors on Monday, and with George and Miles again ruled out for the contest, another big workload is likely in store for Ellis.
