Hornets' Marco Belinelli: Double-double, seven threes off bench in Saturday's OT loss

Belinelli scored 22 points (7-13 FG, 7-9 3Pt, 1-2 Ft) while adding 10 rebounds and five assists in 33 minutes off the bench during Saturday's 121-116 overtime loss to the Pelicans.

Analysis:

It was by far Belinelli's best game of the season, and his hot shooting from beyond the arc seemed to have sewn up a win for the Hornets before Anthony Davis took control of the game in the fourth quarter and in overtime. His previous season highs in rebounds (four) and three-pointers (three) suggest you shouldn't expect Belinelli to repeat anything close to this performance any time soon, though.
