Powell to start for Raptors with Carroll not expected to play

Norman Powell will get his first start of the NBA season for the Toronto Raptors against the New York Knicks on Saturday, moving into the starting five ahead of DeMarre Carroll.

Carroll will dress for the game but is not expected to play with the Raptors on the second night of a back-to-back. Powell only played 10 minutes in Toronto's win in Charlotte on Friday, and is averaging four points in 11 minutes per contest.
