Nuggets' Danilo Gallinari: Scores 16 in Saturday's loss

Gallinari scored 16 points (5-14 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 4-5 FT) while adding three rebounds and two assists in 29 minutes during Saturday's 103-86 loss to the Pistons.

Analysis:

He was one of just three Nuggets to score in double digits on the night. Gallinari's shot hasn't been falling consistently to begin the season, but he's still scored at least 15 points in all five games so far and drained multiple three-pointers in four of the five. As long as he stays healthy, which is never a guarantee for Gallinari, he'll be Denver's primary outside scoring option.
