The Los Angeles Clippers center underwent X-rays on his finger after Sunday's game and they came back negative, reports Dan Woike of the Orange County Register.
The big man left the contest against the Utah Jazz after spraining his right thumb and experiencing some initial swelling, and later managed to return.
