Raptors' Cory Joseph: Not listed on injury report

Joseph (illness) isn't listed on the Raptors' injury report heading into Wednesday's season opener against the Pistons, Holly MacKenzie of Raptors.com reports.

Analysis:

The Raptors held Joseph out of their preseason finale last Friday against the Wizards while he dealt with flu-like symptoms, but he's since recovered from the illness. Joseph will be tasked with serving as Kyle Lowry's top backup at point guard this season and will occasionally see minutes alongside the All-Star when coach Dwane Casey rolls out small-ball lineups.
