Warriors' Klay Thompson: Makes just one of six threes in Tuesday's loss

Thompson totaled 11 points (5-13 FG, 1-6 3Pt), two assists, and one rebound across 33 minutes during Tuesday's 129-100 loss to the Spurs.

Analysis:

It was a less-than-ideal start to Thompson's 2016-17 campaign, as the All-Star missed five of his six three-point attempts, a few of which were open looks. The addition of Kevin Durant will likely dip into Thompson's scoring output compared to last season, but nights like these are more of an aberration than anything else. While you'd like him to contribute in other ways when his shot isn't falling, Thompson makes for a good bet to bounce back in the team's next game Friday against the Pelicans.
