Celtics' Al Horford: Will sit out for rest Wednesday

Horford will be available off the bench for Wednesday's preseason finale against the Knicks, but is expected to be held out for rest purposes, Jay King of MassLive.com reports.

Analysis:

The Celtics are resting four of their five usual starters, with Amir Johnson the only player taking on his normal role. Jonas Jerebko will move into the starting lineup in Horford's place and should benefit from expanded minutes.
