Trail Blazers' Festus Ezeli: Does light shooting over weekend

Ezeli (knee) was able to do some light shooting on the court over the weekend, Jason Quick of CSN Northwest reports.

Analysis:

Ezeli isn't participating in practices in any capacity yet and remains without a timetable to return, so it appears safe to say that he'll likely be unavailable when the regular season begins. Knee problems have dogged Ezeli for the last three seasons, and once he's fully healthy, it could be difficult for the center to find minutes given how much time he's already missed.
