Sure, maybe you would have run on the field during the Philadelphia Eagles-Cleveland Browns game at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday had your photo post received an astronomical one billion retweets. You wouldn't want anyone to think you're not a man of your word.
However, you only have 192,000 Twitter followers, and, frankly, one-third of the users you asked for retweets use the application only once a month. Also, the most retweeted tweet of 2015 only garnered 827,000, which isn't even close to your asking price.
This was never going to happen.
