Dirk pokes fun at himself on Twitter, agrees with critiques on his running

The nice thing about making fun of Dirk Nowtizki is that he has no problem piling on as well.
ESPN's Kevin Pelton recently profiled the Dallas Mavericks big man, writing: "He runs like he's stuck in cement, an issue in transition defense, defending fellow stretch-bigs and against the pick-and-roll."
The 7-foot German seems to agree with that assessment, even taking it a few steps further:
