Report: Lakers sign Travis Wear to training camp deal

The Los Angeles Lakers have signed forward Travis Wear to a training camp contract with a chance to compete for a roster spot, sources told The Vertical's Adrian Wojnarowski on Monday.
Undrafted out of UCLA two years ago, Wear suited up 51 times for the New York Knicks in 2014-15 before playing last season in Spain.
The Lakers appear to be auditioning for depth in the frontcourt, as they also signed former Notre Dame power forward Zach Auguste on Monday.
