McGrady, Yao meet up at newly opened Shanghai Disneyland
Shanghai's Disneyland resort has been open just over six weeks, and this week two local legends came to pay a visit.
Former Houston Rockets teammates Tracy McGrady and Yao Ming reunited at the newly opened theme park as part of a promotion for the NBA's ever-growing Global Games China initiative.

Shanghai will host a preseason game between the Rockets and New Orleans Pelicans on Oct. 9, which will come two days after the city holds China's fifth annual Fan Appreciation Day.
Yao, a Shanghai native, has been by far the most instrumental figure to the growth of basketball in China. McGrady became a sensation in China by virtue of being Yao's superstar teammate, and featured briefly in the Chinese Basketball Association in the twilight of his professional career.
By the time Global Games China 2016 is through, 13 NBA teams will have played a total of 22 games across China since 2004, in Beijing, Guangzhou, Macao, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Taipei.
