Tim Duncan is suing a real estate company for editing an image of him and using it to advertise its services without his permission.
The recently retired San Antonio Spurs forward filed a lawsuit against both Keller Williams Realty and agent Robert Elder over a photo that was posted on the Texas-based firm's professional Facebook page.
Duncan alleges the accused misappropriated his name and image, so he's seeking financial damages.
This isn't the first time an NBA legend has taken legal action against a company for using his likeness without his consent. Last year, Michael Jordan sued a grocer over the unauthorized use of his image in a magazine ad.
