Wade won't hold grudge: 'I love Pat Riley'

Dwyane Wade has returned to Miami - the only professional basketball home he's ever had - for his summer youth camp. He began to say his goodbyes Saturday.

"The business side of the sport, it sucks," Wade told reporters, according to Tim Reynolds of the Associated Press.

Wade agreed to a two-year, $47.5-million contract with the Chicago Bulls on Tuesday, ending his 13-season run with the Heat. Wade conceded there was tension - but no hard feelings - toward team president Pat Riley during negotiations.

"I love Pat Riley," Wade said. "But the business side comes out and we have to deal with that. I love Pat."

Despite being the franchise leader in games played, field goals, scoring, assists, and steals, Wade was never the Heat's highest-paid player. The 12-time All-Star is now taking his talents to his hometown of Chicago - something he doesn't sound excited about from a climate standpoint.

"The hardest part will be buying the fur coats, the gloves, and hats," Wade joked, according to the Sun Sentinel's Shandel Richardson.

He added that he choked up when he saw the Heat take out a newspaper advertisement thanking him for his service.

"This is not an easy time for me and family," he said. "I was scared as shit ... to make a move like this."
