Lil B lifts curse on Kevin Durant
"The BasedGod" has decided to show mercy to All-Star forward Kevin Durant.
Rapper Lil B's infamous curse on the four-time scoring champion has now been lifted with Durant choosing to sign with the Golden State Warriors on a reported two-year deal worth $54 million.

Lil B said Durant would never capture an NBA championship after he called him "wack." The departing member of the Oklahoma City Thunder nearly defied the odds by leading his squad to a 3-1 series lead over the 73-win Warriors in this year's Western Conference finals.
Ultimately, the curse was too much to overcome as OKC ultimately fell in seven games.
Now on his way to the Bay Area, the Warriors have emerged as the odds-on favorites to take home the Larry O'Brien trophy in 2017. Since Lil B's a native of California, it's safe to say he'll want Durant at top form to bring Golden State its second title in three years.
