Watch: Obama asks Lue to tell J.R. Smith to put a shirt on

As part of his presidential duties, Barack Obama phoned Cavaliers head coach Tyronn Lue to congratulate Lue's Cavs on ending Cleveland's 52-year title drought.
He also gave the coach - and J.R. Smith - some advice about keeping their shirts on.
