Lakers' Brandon Ingram: Heads to Los Angeles

Ingram was selected by the Lakers with the second overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft.

Analysis:

Almost a forgone conclusion leading up to draft night, Ingram joins a young Lakers team in transition that will turn the keys over to first-time head coach Luke Walton after going 17-65 last season, the worst record in franchise history. Ingram only weighs in at 195 pounds, but he stands at 6-foot-9 with a freakish 7-foot-3 wingspan and figures to see immediate playing time as the team's likely starter at small forward. Ingram showed at Duke that he can compile numbers in all categories (he averaged 17.3 points, 6.8 rebounds, 2.2 three-pointers, 2.0 assists, 1.4 blocks and 1.1 steals as a college freshman), and as a result, he could gain fantasy relevance right off the bat.
