Hield nails 85 of 100 threes during Celtics workout
The Boston Celtics may need to think twice about trading the third overall pick.
Highly-touted prospect Buddy Hield nailed 85 percent of his 100 3-point attempts during a workout with the team on Monday. Hield isn't the first prospect that has impressed from long range, as Kentucky's Jamal Murray hit 79 of 100 threes during a workout with Boston last week.
While the results are impressive, they shouldn't be overly surprising given the duo's reputation as strong 3-point shooters. Hield shot 45.7 percent from beyond the arc in 2015-16, while Murray hit 40.8 percent of his long bombs.

Boston finished 28th in the league in 3-point percentage, and drafting either Hield or Murray with the third pick would almost certainly help them improve in that category.
The Celtics are reportedly aggressively shopping their first-round pick, and could look to better their 3-point shooting by acquiring an established deep threat.
