LeBron moves to 1-6 in NBA Finals Game 1s

Another year, another rough start to The Finals for LeBron James.
The Cavaliers forward moved to 1-6 all time in NBA Finals Game 1s when Cleveland dropped its opening match to the Golden State Warriors on Thursday. The only time James won a Game 1 was in the 2011 Finals, when he led the Miami Heat to an early series victory over the Dallas Mavericks.
While James' poor Game 1 record doesn't look great on his resume, it's tough to blame "The King" for Thursday's loss. The Ohio native flirted with a triple-double before exiting the game in the fourth, collecting 23 points, 12 rebounds, and nine assists in 40 minutes of action.
While he's been a notoriously slow starter throughout his career, James has also consistently found a way to bounce back. The 31-year-old is 4-2 all time in Game 2 of The Finals, giving Cavaliers fans hope for Sunday night's contest.
