A record number of NBA fans tuned in to catch the Golden State Warriors even the Western Conference finals at 3-3 with a 108-101 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Saturday night.

Game 6 at Chesapeake Energy Arena averaged a 7.9 household overnight rating, officially making it the highest-rated NBA game of the 2015-16 season, according to Turner Sports.

The overnight rating is also 38 percent higher than Game 6 of the Thunder-Spurs series.

Klay Thompson put on a show shooting the ball in Game 6, scoring 41 points and nailing a playoff-record 11 3-pointers.

Game 7 goes down on Monday night at Oracle Arena, with the winner to take on the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 1 of the NBA Finals on Thursday.
