Now that he's retired, Kobe Bryant plans to use some of his spare time this summer to train with Shaquille O'Neal's 16-year-old son, Shareef.
Rick Fox, who was a part of the championship winning Los Angeles Lakers teams with Kobe and Shaq, told TMZ Sports Sunday that he was touched by the gesture.
"To see that beyond all of the success and struggles throughout those championship days, that at the core, there was a lot of respect, a lot of love," Fox said, "and that respect and love is shining through even now, later on, through a gesture like that."
Shareef has already received offers from a number of colleges, including his dad's alma mater, LSU.
