The Dallas Mavericks face elimination at the hands of the Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday night, but their injured forward Chandler Parsons says it would be a different story if he and others were healthy.

"I really think the series would be different if I was playing and our team was healthy," Parsons said, according to ESPN's Tim MacMahon.

The Mavs backed into the playoffs with a 10-12 record down the stretch, with Parsons' season ending along the way due to a torn meniscus. The undermanned squad has been overmatched by the Thunder with the exception of Game 2, when they pulled out a one-point victory.

In addition to Parsons, point guard Deron Williams is done for the season, backup J.J. Barea missed one game in the series, and center Salah Mejri will sit Monday. Still, Mavs owner Mark Cuban chose to provide Thunder superstar Russell Westbrook with bulletin board material.
