Boston Celtics point guard Marcus Smart has been fined $5,000 by the NBA for his outrageous, leaping flop in Game 3 against the Atlanta Hawks on Friday night.
It's the second slap on the wrist issued to a Celtics player for Friday's antics, as Isaiah Thomas was retroactively hit with a flagrant-1 foul for his bop to the head of Hawks guard Dennis Schroder.
