Irving blames turnovers on being awful with the basketball

The Cleveland Cavaliers let one slip away Saturday night in Chicago, and point guard Kyrie Irving is shouldering his share of the blame.

"I was just real shitty with the basketball," Irving told reporters following the 105-102 loss.

Irving committed four fourth-quarter turnovers. It was the second time in as many games he's turned the ball over four times.

The Bulls began the final quarter on a 15-0 run and held on to win after Cavaliers guard Matthew Dellavedova aired a wide-open 3-pointer in the final seconds.

Cleveland's loss prevented it from clinching the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference, while also keeping the Bulls' slim playoff hopes alive.
