76ers' Canaan out for remainder of season with torn labrum

Philadelphia 76ers point guard Isaiah Canaan will miss his team's final four games of the 2015-16 season with a torn labrum in his shoulder.
The 24-year-old Murray State alumnus has appeared in all but one game this season for Philadelphia, averaging 11 points on 36 percent shooting, 2.3 rebounds, and 1.8 assists in 25.5 minutes.

Canaan is second on the team in total points (846), second in minutes played (1,966), and third in assists (137).
He was traded to Philadelphia by the Houston Rockets in February of last year, along with a 2015 second-round pick, in exchange for K.J. McDaniels.
