Australia witnessed one of the greatest upsets in UFC history on Saturday night, as Holly Holm absolutely ran roughshod over the seemingly unbeatable Ronda Rousey in the main event of UFC 193.

In the evening's co-main, uber-aggressive Polish wood chipper Joanna Jedrzejczyk had some early trouble with Valerie Letourneau, but eventually settled in, picking the Canadian apart with hard combinations and massive leg kicks en route to a unanimous decision victory.

See below for complete results from UFC 193:

Holly Holm def. Ronda Rousey via 2nd-round KO

Holly Holm shocked the world. One of the biggest underdogs in MMA history, Holm crumbled Ronda Rousey's unbeatable facade, carving up the now former champion on the feet with precision strikes before sending Rousey's reign crashing down with a massive, perfectly-placed head kick. There aren't enough exclamation points in the world to describe what just happened, but we're gonna try ... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Joanna Jedrzejczyk def. Valerie Letourneau via unanimous decision

It wasn't the cakewalk everyone was expecting, but Joanna Jedrzejczyk methodically broke down Valerie Letourneau over five rounds to earn a lopsided unanimous decision victory. The leather-tough Letourneau showed some life in the opening rounds, but "Joanna Champion" eventually took over with crisp combinations and debilitating leg kicks. By the end, it was all Jedrzejczyk, as she almost crippled Letourneau's lead leg and transformed her face into a swollen, bloody mess.

Mark Hunt def. Antonio Silva via 1st-round TKO

It wasn't a 25-minute war. It wasn't even a five-minute skirmish. Mark Hunt and Antonio Silva couldn't recreate the insane fireworks of their first fight, as Hunt, after an extended feeling-out process, liquefied Silva with a Mack-truck-like right hand behind the ear. Hunt followed it with a few follow-up shots before referee John Sharp stepped in to make the save.

Robert Whittaker def. Uriah Hall via unanimous decision

Robert Whittaker outworked, out-hustled, and out-landed Uriah Hall over 15 minutes, consistently clubbing Hall with combinations, while the flashy "Prime Time" sat back and watched for most of the bout, interrupting loooooong stretches of inactivity with flashy offense. Unfortunately for Hall, those offensive outbursts were few and far between, and Whittaker was able to secure a unanimous decision in a bout that showcased his grit.

Jared Rosholt def. Stefan Struve via unanimous decision

The less said about this snoozer, the better. Rosholt out-wrestled the impossibly tall Struve for the better part of 15 minutes, taking the fight via unanimous decision in a tedious, boring slog that sucked the life out of the building. Next.

Jake Matthews def. Akbarh Arreola via 2nd-round TKO (doctor stoppage)

Jake Matthews wouldn't let Akbarh Arreola upset the Aussie apple cart. Matthews survived a massive first-round head kick, and, after escaping a few submissions, eventually reversed position on the floor and unleashed heavy ground-and-pound. Matthews kept the train a-rollin' in the second stanza, as he immediately took down Arreola and smashed him with punches and elbows for the better part of five minutes. The ringside doctor wouldn't allow a bloody, swollen Arreola to answer the bell for the third, giving Matthews a TKO victory.

Kyle Noke def. Peter Sobotta via 1st-round TKO

Kyle Noke blasted Peter Sobotta with a perfectly-placed, rib-roasting front kick, sending the screaming German careening to the mat. From there, Noke planted a writhing Sobotta with punches until the bout was stopped at 2:01 of the first frame.

Gian Villante def. Anthony Perosh via 1st-round KO

Poor, poor Anthony Perosh. In front of a home crowd in Australia, "The Hippo" was absolutely demolished by Gian Villante, serving as a living, breathing punching bag for Villante for nearly two minutes, before being sent to dreamland with a vicious straight right hand.

Danny Martinez def. Richie Vaculik via unanimous decision

Danny Martinez used his aggression and wrestling to outpoint Richie Vaculik over 15 minutes. Martinez clipped Vaculik with wild, looping hooks, and whenever Vaculik would generate any offense of his own, Martinez would quickly neutralize it by dragging the fight to the floor and controlling from top position.

Daniel Kelly def. Steve Montgomery via unanimous decision

Daniel Kelly and Steve Montgomery laid it all on the line to close out the Fight Pass prelims, engaging in a fun game of fist chicken that was interrupted by some big throws and ground-and-pound by Kelly. Likely anyone's fight late in the third stanza, Kelly might have clinched it with a big takedown, ground-and-pound, and multiple submission attempts in the closing minute.

Richard Walsh def. Steve Kennedy via unanimous decision

Steve Kennedy didn't look like he belonged in the Octagon with Richard Walsh (or anyone, for that matter). Walsh spent the better part of 15 minutes decimating Kennedy's lead leg with thumping kicks, and when he wasn't punishing that poor, bruised, and discolored leg, Walsh was tagging an awkward Kennedy with heavy combinations.

James Moontasri def. Anton Zafir via 1st-round TKO

Anton Zafir was the victim of a serious rib-roasting. After grinding James Moontasri down in the clinch and on the mat, a tired Zafir had his ribs demolished by a spectacular back kick, and before he could recover, Moontasri drilled him with a back forearm. From there, Moontasri pounded away on a fallen Zafir until the referee stepped in to stop the onslaught.

Ben Nguyen def. Ryan Benoit via 1st-round submission (rear naked choke)

Ben Nguyen kicked off UFC 193 in style, needing just over half a round to completely dismantle Ryan Benoit. Nguyen cracked Benoit with some solid shots early, and, after full mount and chipping away at Benoit's defenses, secured the overwhelmed Texan's back and sunk in a rear naked choke.
