Los Angeles Angels slugger Albert Pujols continues to climb up the home run leaderboard.

Pujols launched a 365-foot shot to right center field off Tampa Bay Rays rookie Nathan Karns on Tuesday for his 536th career home run. The blast tied him with New York Yankees legend Mickey Mantle for 16th on the all-time list.

It's been a month on the move for the 35-year-old Pujols, who tied and surpassed Hall-of-Famer Jimmie Foxx for 17th on the all-time list with 534 home runs last week.

Rank Player Home Runs
10 Mark McGwire 583
11 Harmon Killebrew 573
12 Rafael Palmeiro 569
13 Reggie Jackson 563
14 Manny Ramirez 555
15 Mike Schmidt 548
16 Mickey Mantle 536
16 Albert Pujols 536

The nine-time All-Star now has 16 home runs through 55 games this season after hitting 28 across 159 in 2014. Pujols has recorded at least 30 home runs in 12 of his 15 career seasons, but hasn't reached that benchmark since 2012.
