The Texas Rangers are beginning the offseason by locking up two key members of their front office.
General manager Jon Daniels and his assistant Thad Levine have signed three-year contract extensions with the club, reports Jeff Wilson of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
News broke Thursday the duo signed multi-year extensions, but the exact terms were unclear.
Daniels has been the team's GM since 2005 and was named Baseball America's Major League Executive of the Year in 2010.
