VIDEO: Derek Jeter ends career with RBI single

With an RBI single in the third inning on Sunday, New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter's 20-year career has come to an end.
Jeter was lifted by manager Joe Girardi for pinch-runner Brian McCann as the Yankee Captain walked off the field at Fenway Park to a standing ovation.

Jeter finishes his career with a .310 average to go with 3,465 hits, 260 home runs and 1,311 RBI in 2,747 games.
