Dodgers cut Miguel Olivo after ear-biting incident

Miguel Olivo was released by the Los Angeles Dodgers on Thursday following his dugout altercation with Alex Guerrero that resulted in the catcher biting off part of his teammate's ear.
Olivo was suspended by the Dodgers on Wednesday but the team has decided to part ways with the 35-year-old minor leaguer altogether.
Today, the Dodgers released catcher Miguel Olivo from their roster.
