Braves' Jaime Garcia: Picks up first win of 2017
Garcia (1-1) allowed two runs on three hits and five walks while striking out three batters over six innings during Saturday's win over Milwaukee.
Analysis:
This was a solid outing from Garcia, as the Brewers have scored the third-most runs in the majors. Additionally, the lefty has allowed exactly two runs in each of his past three outings for a 2.95 ERA. His 5.2 K/9 and 13.5 strikeout percentage for the year hardly move the fantasy needle, but Garcia's smoke-and-mirrors pitch arsenal can clearly still keep hitters off balance. A home date with the Mets is up next for Garcia.
