The Atlanta Braves have narrowed down their managerial search to Ron Washington, Bud Black, and Brian Snitker, according to Jon Heyman of Today's Knuckleball. A decision is expected this coming week.

Washington led the Texas Rangers to two American League pennants during his managerial tenure from 2007-14. He's been the Oakland Athletics third base coach since resigning from the Rangers due to personal reasons, and compiled a record of 664-611 with Texas.

Black currently holds a position with the Los Angeles Angels as special assistant to general manager Billy Eppler. Black, who won National League Manager of the Year in 2010 with the San Diego Padres, posted a record of 649-713 in nine years with the team.

Snitker replaced Fredi Gonzalez as manager May 17 and helped the Braves play spoiler down the stretch, compiling an 18-10 record in September.
