Since being demoted to Triple-A Oklahoma City, Yasiel Puig has been tearing the cover off the ball to the tune of a .375/.420/.641 slash line, while contributing in more roles than expected.
During Sunday's contest against the Colorado Springs Sky Sox, Puig coached first base for his club, offering teammates celebratory high-fives in the process.
After news of his coaching hit social media, Puig said he was just trying to help in any way possible.

The 25-year-old was demoted to the minors on Aug. 2 after hitting just .260/.320/.386 with seven home runs and 34 RBIs, while apparently displaying attitude issues.
