The Braves were swept at home against the Yankees over the weekend, culminating in a 20-6 loss Sunday. It was the first time the Braves have allowed 20 runs in a game since 2003 (July 1 at Florida -- 20) and the 16th time in the Modern Era (since 1900).

The Marlins lost the rubber match of their three-game series against the Nationals, 7-4, Sunday in DC. Miami hit two home runs in the game but only has 96 on the season -- second fewest in MLB to Atlanta (83).

Adonis Garcia has nine hits in his last four games including a home run against the Yankees yesterday. His seven home runs through his first 34 career games are the most by a Braves player since Jason Heyward in 2010 (eight).

Adeiny Hechavarria recorded his seventh game this season with three or more hits yesterday and is now hitting .301 away from home in 2015. It is the highest road batting average by an NL shortstop this year.

Chris Narveson is making his second start of 2015 and first start on the road. His last start on the road came over three years ago -- but it was also at Atlanta -- April 15, 2012.

Mike Foltynewicz allowed four runs in his last start, but they were all unearned. It matched the most unearned runs allowed by a Braves pitcher in 2015 (Julio Teheran, April 28 vs. Washington).
