PHOTOS: Romania hopes 'math' kits equal victory vs. Spain
Defending champions Spain visit Cluj-Napoca and fellow Euro 2016 competitors Romania on Sunday in a tuneup clash that could add up to a decent tilt between two top-20 sides.
The hosts are making sure the scoreline isn't the only math involved in the international friendly, though, with Romania sporting one-off kits featuring mathematical equations in conjunction with a youth education initiative.

In partnership with a national program aiming to ameliorate the country's math skills and decrease school dropout rates, the national team players will don kits and warmup suits with various equations in place of the conventional squad numbers.
Romania has one of the European Union's worst dropout rates (18 percent in 2014, according to the Mirror), and in an attempt to raise awareness and promote mathematics with school children, a manual will be available online, with a video shown before kickoff to highlight the endeavor.

Competing in its first Euros since a poor showing in 2008, Romania will look forward to a challenging Group A, where hosts France will be clear favourites alongside Switzerland, while first-timer Albania has the longest odds of any of the 24 sides.
